5 Super Easy & Healthy Snack Ideas

Hey babes, welcome back! Today I’m patiently waiting for my warm coffee to freeze, so it can be turned into a homemade iced coffee, and let me tell you, waiting for coffee to get ready is worse than waiting for paint to dry. So while all that is happening I wanted to share with you guys some of my favourite go-to snacks for the spring and summer time! These are all on the healthier side and definitely delicious so I totally recommend you try them!

Obviously a super healthy option. Choose your favourite seasonal fruit, wash it, cut it and throw it in a bowl and have it as a snack! My favourite fruit for a fruit salad are peaches, strawberries and bananas!

If you’re lazy like me and prefer to consume fruits in a liquid form, then take said seasonal fruit and throw it in the blender with some ice cubes, and some milk and you got yourself a very nutritious refreshing drink!

Essentially a thicker smoothie topped off with more fruit! Some also add chia seeds which are supposedly really good for you, so I recommend you give it a try!

I often obsess over wraps. They’re perfect for any time of the day. Brunch? Lunch? Mid-day snack? Light dinner? Midnight munchies? Perfect. I use white wraps, little bit of mozzarella cheese, chicken or turkey slices, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, onions, back olives and topped off with some mustard and mayo. Delicious!

My go-to easy and quick breakfast. 2 slices of bread, toasted, half an avocado spread between the two, add a pinch of salt and pepper and it’s ready. Takes like 5 minutes to make! I also love adding an egg or two to the mix, on my hungrier days.

Thank you guys for reading, I hope you enjoyed! Like this post if you enjoyed it! & Comment your thoughts. Thank you for 3,100 followers! Love you x

  1. I love homemade avocado toast! It recently became one of my go-to breakfasts. I like to have two slices of toast, put an egg on one and avocado on the other. Thanks for these great ideas!

  2. There IS something worse than waiting for coffee to cool : waiting for milk to boil.
If you stand there it seems to take forever bit if you leave it for even a second it boils over immediately and wrecks your stovetop
